SZABO is an Australian maternity label with a strong focus on fashion. Each season SZABO interprets the latest fashion trends to produce a co-ordinated and stylish maternity range.  Prints, colours and silhouettes are carefully selected to reflect mainstream/designer fashion.  Each range is packed with inspiration - high impact pieces combine with essential basics such as cargos, t-shirts and denims to create a streamlined, workable and fun maternity wardrobe.

The SZABO Story so far... 

The SZABO brand was started in 2002 by Margaret Szabo.  With a dream to create fashion under her own label, Margaret saw a gap in the market and decided to use her skills to fill it. SZABO Maternity was conceived. Already a mother of 3, a happy accident recently lead Margaret to 9 months of rigorous product testing of her own designs..... her 4th child, a beautiful baby girl, was born in April 2009.  Click here to read more about Margaret's pregnancy style.

Margaret has 20 years’ experience designing and patternmaking for large commercial labels, specializing in plus sizes.  Her exceptional talent for interpreting trends and silhouettes to fit the not so conventional figure types was the strong foundation and impetus to design and create her own specialized maternity label.

SZABO continues to grow, meeting the fashion needs of mums to be for all occasions – or no occasion at all!
